Refund Policy

You get 14 days to return your item from the date of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, it breaks, send it back and we’ll happily honor you a replacement or refund.

How do I Initiate my refund?

1.Contact us through our contact us page or write to us directly at Support@cravestore.com.au
2.Mention your Refund reason and attach pictures or videos in an email in case you receive a destructive product.
3.Our Support will contact you within 24 hours.
4.If your refund is approved, you will be provided with a Refund Ticket Id.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If your refund is approved you will get a confirmation email that a refund has been processed.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
Refunds will be given back to the same payment method used where the original purchase was made.

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable tax paid. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show on your credit card account after the refund was processed.

If you haven’t received a refund within the 5 days, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
