Handling Time:

Our products are shipped within 3 - 5 Days of purchase between Monday - Sunday, not including public holidays.

Shipping Options:

Standard Insured: Delivery Times (6 - 15 Days) Cost (Free )

Priority Insured: Delivery Times (5 - 10 Days) Cost ($49.99)


Shipping Info:

Shipping times can be affected due to unforeseen circumstances and some packages could be delayed, if this happens we will contact you to let you know of the potential delay in delivery.

Once the package has been shipped it is no longer in our hands and we do not have control over delivery, if however, packages need redirection or anything else then we will communicate with postal services to make any changes necessary. 

If you have not received your package after the delivery time elapsed, please contact us and reference your order number so we can track down your shipment.

We have fulfilment centers in the USA, Australia, and China for worldwide reach, so depending on the placement of stock. Your order will be dispatched from the most relevant fulfilment center at that time to ensure consistency in delivery times.   

Tracking:

All shipments include tracking and will be sent via email or SMS once we have shipped your product/s. Some orders might require multiple shipments and if this happens you will have additional tracking sent once the product has been shipped.
